Every project starts with understanding what’s working in your home—and what isn’t. We begin with an on-site meeting to walk through the project, review any plans you may have, and talk through feasibility and budget.
If you’re still early in the process, we’ll help guide next steps—including how to move forward with plans.
Once plans are in place, we provide a ballpark estimate to confirm alignment before moving into Preconstruction, where we define scope, pricing, and next steps in detail. Because renovation projects involve more variables, this phase is especially important in helping reduce surprises and create a clearer path forward during Construction.
