Every project starts with a (free) conversation—sometimes a few. We take the time to understand your goals, priorities, and the kind of home or renovation you’re envisioning.

BALLPARK ESTIMATE
Early Budget Guidance to Help You Move Forward with Confidence
Once architectural drawings are sufficiently developed, we will outline some high-level specifications with allowances and provide a ballpark estimate based on similar projects and historical data. There is no fee for this estimate.

PRECONSTRUCTION
Where the Project Comes Together
If the Ballpark Estimate aligns with your goals, we move into a Preconstruction Agreement—a structured, fee-based planning phase that prepares your project for construction.
Preconstruction is one of the most important phases of the entire process. This is where we move from ideas and assumptions to a well-defined, actionable plan.

CONSTRUCTION
Executing the Plan with Care and Consistency
Once Preconstruction is complete and financing and permits are in place, construction begins with a clear roadmap.
We start with a project kickoff meeting—bringing together your project team, making introductions, aligning on next steps, and setting clear expectations for the build ahead.

COMPLETION & CLOSEOUT
Finishing Well
As your project nears completion, we focus on final details, punch list items, and preparing your home for move-in.
We’ll walk the home with you, address any remaining items, and ensure everything is completed with the level of care and attention that has defined the process from the beginning.
